Our past projects include The West Poplar Homes, The Residences at Dimond Village, Bucknell Square and Girard Commons.
The West Poplar Homes (2019) – a community of 23 single-family residences developed through a public/private partnership with The Philadelphia Land Bank and the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority. West Poplar was the first development to use the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority’s Credit Enhancement Program.
The Residences at Diamond Village (2022) – a 30-unit townhome community in partnership with the City of Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Housing Authority.
Girard Commons (2024) – a collection of 37 units (both condominium and single-family townhomes in the Brewerytown/Sharswood section of Philadelphia. This project was in partnership with the City of Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Housing Authority.
Bucknell Square (2025) – an intimate community of 36 single-family townhomes Brewerytown/Sharswood section of Philadelphia. This project featured off street private parking for each unit as well as large stormwater retention garden. This project was in partnership with the City of Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Housing Authority.
