By partnering with numerous city agencies, including the Philadelphia Housing Authority, Philadelphia Workforce Homes is proud to provide upscale residences at affordable prices.

Our past projects include The West Poplar Homes, a community of 23 single-family residences developed through a public/private partnership with The Philadelphia Land Bank and the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority. West Poplar was the first development to use the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority’s Credit Enhancement Program. Philadelphia Workforce Homes also developed The Residences at Diamond Village, a 30-unit townhome community completed in 2022 in partnership with the City of Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Housing Authority.
